What We Offer

Upon successful completion of the course and receiving your certificate, you will be signed to a 2-year contract with AMS Caddy Academy to work at Malaysian golf clubs.

Your contract will include a fixed monthly salary and allowance based on rounds completed. The more rounds you complete, the more you earn.

Get a stable job that includes a payslip, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, annual leaves, and medical coverage.

Be rewarded for your experience. At AMS Caddy Academy, fresh trainees start as Grade C caddies. We conduct regular assessments of our caddies to determine their skill level and move them up the grading system (up to Grade A) which comes with salary increases.

Grade A caddies are qualified to tour with professional golfers. This spells an opportunity for you to caddy at major golf tournaments around the world.
